The government approves two royal decrees regulating the Register of Religious Entities and the “deeply-rooted status” of religious confessions

The first brings the functions of the Register of Religious Entities into line with the new reality of religious freedom, registration standards and the requirements of religious entities. The second establishes the specific requirements confessions must meet to qualify as “deeply-rooted” and the steps they must follow to this end.

Religious dietary requirements now form part of the food management course imparted by the Logistics Academy for Spanish army offices. The Academy has also provided tools and examples to facilitate the work schedules of staff responsible for food services.
